  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues.
  • Collaborate with R&D for investigations and fixes.
  • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and SLA commitments.
  • Communicate status and solutions clearly to customers.

  • BA/BS in IT, CS or Computer Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of technical software/support experience.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to interact with clients.
  • Experience in Salesforce Support is a MUST.
