🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Apex (Triggers, Classes, Controllers) and JavaScript for LWC development.
- Lightning Flows, Object/Field management, Einstein Bots, OmniChannel, and mobile admin.
- Certified Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
- Proactive mindset; translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Desirable: Service Cloud Consultant or PD2; knowledge of contact centres or AWS Telephony / Airflow.
