- 2+ years Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering; discovery, blueprints, RFPs.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core: Sales Cloud and platform architecture.
- Familiarity with Agentforce or Einstein Platform; prompts and guardrails.
- BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
