  • Demonstrate Salesforce and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
  • Gather requirements for large-scale service transformation projects
  • Create compelling demos showing the Salesforce platform and NeuraFlash value
  • Create and modify SOWs; respond to RFPs with delivery team
  • Help maintain and update lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services - preferably Salesforce and Agentforce or a similar technology
  • 2 - 3 years in customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform & architecture
  • 2 - 3 years in a consulting role
