🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role
- 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com)
- Expert in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration
- Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics highly preferred
- Document requirements for technical resources and understand solutions via Apex, VisualForce and Web Services
