- Salesforce OMS familiarity; auth patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
- Integrations: Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, Dynamics 365.
- DevOps tools: Gearset, Prodly, Copado; test-driven development.
