Lead customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and success criteria
Own technical scoping, architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce solutions
Design and implement Salesforce data models, automation, and security
Hands-on configuration and development with Salesforce tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning)
Serve as primary technical and consultative point of contact for customers
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and complexity

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce solution design and delivery experience
Experience working directly with customers in a technical role
Strong Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation
Hands-on Salesforce configuration and development
Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple engagements
Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
