Own day-to-day Salesforce admin: objects, fields, layouts, rules, flows, permissions.
Maintain CRM data integrity: data quality standards, audits, data issue resolution.
Manage user access, profiles, roles, and security across the Revenue org.
Partner with Revenue Systems Engineer on architecture decisions, peer reviews.
Serve as first escalation for Salesforce issues; triage and resolve.
Stay current on Salesforce releases; identify features that benefit the team.

🎯 Requirements

Salesforce ADM 201 certification required.
3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce admin in B2B SaaS/fintech.
End-to-end Salesforce config: objects, flows, rules, permissions, integrations.
CRM data architecture and data quality expertise; revenue tool admin.
Independent work style; ability to own platforms.
Experience with Claude or similar LLM tools for AI.
