🎯 Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
- 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning Salesforce configuration end-to-end: objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and data quality best practices.
- Experience administering at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce (CS platform or similar).
- Experience with Claude or similar LLM tools; comfortable using AI to boost productivity.
