Salesforce Project Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to stay on track.
• Drive AI and digital service solution implementations.
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact and build strong relationships.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead client-facing sessions to define success metrics and goals.
• Own user stories and acceptance criteria with the Solution Architect.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience with Salesforce Platform or packaged software.
• Experience in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect as PM or Scrum lead.
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• Facilitating requirements sessions and grooming user stories.
• Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience on the platform.
• Certified Salesforce Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
