Salesforce Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of complex Salesforce projects for enterprise clients.
• Own project documentation, schedule, budget, resources, changes, risks.
• Identify and manage program risks; maintain project registers.
• Report progress to the local director/steering committee via highlight reports.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and performance of the delivery team.
• Manage the relationship with the customer as primary/secondary contact.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated delivery of large IT/CRM programs.
• Effective communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Proven experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
• PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives.
• Experience managing scope, risks, integration, issues and financials.
