🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a Salesforce developer or consultant focusing on SFMC.
Strong SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills.
Experience with SFMC tools such as Adstudio and Social Studio.
Proven mentoring and leadership of technical teams; strong client communication.
Ability to design custom SFMC solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Experience with Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
