🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce functional experience (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Proven track record leading Salesforce projects from requirements to go-live.
- Expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and advanced config (Flows, Validation Rules).
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components; collaborate with devs.
- Solid understanding of business processes across sales, account mgmt, and customer service.
