📋 Description

• Drive requirements and design Agentforce-powered experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping.
• 5+ years CRM industry experience.
• Ability to drive requirement gathering.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands-on with Agentforce or GenAI platforms (e.g., Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action).
