- Own and improve Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset) across environments
- Define release management processes, sandbox schedules, and deployment governance
- Drive DevOps practices across engineering and admin teams (source control, automated testing, code reviews)
- Manage end-to-end release cycles from sandbox to production deployments
- Ensure deployment quality with automated validation and pre/post-test runs
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers/admins to resolve merge conflicts and deployment issues
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce DevOps and 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
- SFDX, scratch orgs, metadata API, and source-driven development
- CI/CD tooling: Copado/Gearset/AutoRABIT or GitHub/Jenkins/Azure pipelines
- Release management: env strategy, sandbox mgmt, deployment scheduling
- Git and testing: Apex unit tests; UI tests with Selenium/Provar
- ISV 1GP packaging: packaging orgs, version uploads, upgrades
