🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, HR Tech, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with data migration, portal integrations, and case configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and release management.
