- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support/bugfix to end users
- The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on GovCloud
- The primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours
- Support end users in data extracts, reports, KPIs and dashboards
- Monitor and maintain ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other apps
- Maintain knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases, customizations and integrations
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of Salesforce development/admin
- Experience in Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps including Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira
- Experience with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP
- SOX or ITGCโs experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
