Independently own and deliver Salesforce projects end to end, from requirements to release.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC).
Build reports and dashboards; configure the Salesforce Mobile App.
Write unit tests, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Ensure governor limits, performance optimization, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design guidance, and mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Apex; Lightning (Aura/LWC); SOQL; data modelling; CI/CD (GitHub).
Salesforce APIs: SOAP, REST, Bulk, Streaming.
Hosting/calling Salesforce or external web services; third party integrations.
Process automation, security configuration, data modelling, reports, dashboards.
Salesforce certifications: App Builder; Platform Developer I; Agile experience.
