🎯 Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of Business System Analysis or Salesforce Admin in a tech company.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce declarative development including Flow.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (Claude Code and Cowork) for automation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
- 1+ year experience with Agile Methodology.
