- 3+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud development (DLO/DMO, ingestion)
- Proven track record leading end-to-end data architecture and deployment
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Strong data modeling, identity resolution, governance, and segmentation
- MuleSoft, API design, and integration patterns
