- CI/CD integrations; Jira, Zephyr/TestRail/X-Ray traceability.
- Salesforce Agentforce testing; Admin certifications a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce SCV, AWS Connect, IVR is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
