🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce experience as IT leader, admin, or consultant
- 1+ year Salesforce automation experience; strong Flow knowledge
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration; Advanced Admin cert preferred
- Troubleshoot issues across Application, Database, Network and Integration layers
- Set up users, profiles, roles; configure reports and dashboards
- Data migration to Salesforce using CSV/SQL and Apex Data Loader
- Experience with FinancialForce or Accounting Seed; legal accounting knowledge a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-facing
