📋 Description

• Lead requirements workshops; capture precise user stories.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce configurations and security.
• Design and deploy Flow automation to streamline processes.
• Manage data quality and migrations with Data Loader.
• Lead end-to-end projects with stakeholders and teams.
• Support QA and deployment in sandbox/production with Copado.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of Salesforce across multiple clouds.
• Strong Salesforce clouds knowledge; communicate with clients.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects using PM methods.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills; translate reqs to Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce config, declarative development (Flows), admin, data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• English and Spanish communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud.
