Salesforce Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and capture business needs as user stories.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and declarative automations.
• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Flows to streamline processes.
• Manage data quality and perform data migrations using Data Loader.
• Lead full lifecycle of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects; coordinate stakeholders.
• Support QA and assist deployment to sandbox and production via Copado.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limits across clouds.
• Experience applying PM methodologies to lead small to mid-sized projects.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, declarative development (Flows), admin and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• English and Spanish communication; Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud.
