📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and capture business needs as user stories.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and automations.
• Design, build, and deploy declarative automation solutions with Salesforce Flow.
• Manage data quality and migrations using Data Loader to maintain data integrity.
• Lead full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects, coordinating business and technical teams.
• Support deployment to sandbox and production environments using Copado.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with Salesforce across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across clouds; communicate to clients.
• Experience leading projects using standard project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, declarative development (Flows), admin, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong English and Spanish communication; Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales/Service/Data Cloud).
