🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 5+ years with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
- CPQ and/or billing systems with Salesforce integrations
- Elicit requirements and translate into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
