Backlog management: groom priorities and align with timelines (SIT/UAT support).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Salesforce ADM 201 certification.
4+ years Salesforce BA experience (Sales/Service clouds).
MoSCoW, gap/root-cause analysis, and traceability.
BPMN visualization for processes.
Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint backlogs.
Declarative Salesforce configuration (Flows, layouts, security).
