📋 Description

• Design and develop Salesforce apps, configs, and integrations for internal ops.
• Build custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Monitor reliability and resolve incidents via on-call processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Implement secure Salesforce configurations (permissions, objects, validation rules, automation).
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to accelerate Apex/Flows/metadata development.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years building Salesforce environments for enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience with Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce development.
• Design, test, debug, package, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with clear documentation.
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of custom objects, flows, validation rules, and platform security controls.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor) while maintaining code quality.
