🎯 Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certs preferred
- Minimum 4 years Salesforce admin or support experience
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems and APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model concepts
- Familiarity with HubSpot, contact center or marketing tools a plus
- Willing to work Pacific Time hours; may include evenings/weekends
- Occasional travel 1-2 times per year may be required
