- Understand our business, our technology and our teams in order to take part in Fever internal development projects.
- Understand business processes and design, test and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet the business requirements.
- Define and implement Salesforce CRM-based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Component development.
- Deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps.
- Display strong presentation, organizational and executional skills.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments.
- Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
