Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Customize and maintain RainFocus Salesforce via declarative configuration.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshooting, and user management.
• Manage tasks and tickets in a fast-paced environment, driving resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and optimize system requirements.
• Assist with environment maintenance, data hygiene, and release management.
• Maintain docs of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Work iteratively within a small Agile team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Declarative development with Lightning Experience, App Builder, and Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model (profiles, permission sets, OWDs).
• Experience with Data Loader and Import Wizard; data integrity.
• Build reports, dashboards, and list views for insights.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
