Salesforce Administrator, Experience Cloud

📋 Description

• Lead design, build, and admin of Braze PRM tool for Partnerships.
• Optimize portal performance, scalability, adoption, and partner usability.
• Design secure integrations between Braze PRM and core Salesforce products and partner tools.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices for external identities and API access.
• Manage core Salesforce Platform: security controls, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Design scalable role hierarchies and sharing models for data access across users.
• Implement automation with Flows and Approvals to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and implement solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Salesforce Admin experience, with Experience Cloud/PRM focus.
• Deep knowledge of Communities/PRM, site config, security, and data visibility for externals.
• Proficiency with Flow automation and Approval Processes for scalable ops.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce (nice to have).
• Identity and access management: SSO, OAuth, and third-party providers.
• Salesforce Admin Certification required; Experience Cloud Consultant/Advanced Admin desired.
• Own complex platform initiatives with minimal oversight; agile collaboration with stakeholders.
