๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM: users, roles, profiles, permissions, security.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and resolve operational requests for GTM teams.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for operational insights.
  • Assist with Salesforce CPQ configuration: product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules.
  • Troubleshoot quoting, pricing, and CPQ configuration issues.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ certifications are required.
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM; DocuSign CLM certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including objects, security model, flows, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations teams and CRM business processes.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting workflows.
