Provide frontline Salesforce user support for 1,000+ users (Service, Sales, FCS)
Manage user accounts, profiles/permissions, reports and dashboards.
Maintain data quality; cleanup, dedup, integrity monitoring.
Assist in training and onboarding; create docs; drive adoption.
Support system maintenance: test updates, minor config changes, vendor coordination.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent project management and a positive attitude
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests
Creative, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication across levels
2-3 years Salesforce administrator experience
ADM201/ADM211 certifications recommended
