• Manage Salesforce user access, security, and data integrity
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams
• Create SOPs for Salesforce reporting for internal users
• Improve Salesforce processes to meet company objectives
• Understand the full customer life cycle from pre-sales to post-implementation
• Lead Salesforce training for internal users and company-wide sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent comms for technical and non-technical audiences
• Salesforce for sales/marketing analysis; Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
• Build custom apps/objects, formula fields, and views
• Reporting and dashboards; Data Loader experience
• Workflows, Process Builder, and Flows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2-4 yrs SF Admin; SF certification
