🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience with intermediate/advanced Flow Builder logic and data migrations
- Triage and resolve complex Salesforce issues (OWD, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets), reports, and automations
- Active Salesforce certifications relevant to the role (Platform Admin, App Builder, etc.)
- Agentforce Specialist cert or experience building Agentforce Agents (nice to have)
- Experience with Amazon Connect or CTI integrations in Salesforce (nice to have)
