Administer and configure Salesforce orgs (users, permissions, workflows)
Gather requirements from federal stakeholders and translate to Salesforce solutions
Create dashboards, reports, layouts, and custom objects
Troubleshoot issues, ensure data quality, and support integrations
Ensure compliance with security policies and change-management
Provide user training and documentation to boost adoption

🎯 Requirements

Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)
3+ years Salesforce admin experience
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL
Experience with Salesforce integration and API development
Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of roles, profiles, flows, security
