End-to-end administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform
Ensure system stability, support business users, and drive CRM improvements
Assess feasibility for enhancements and data management improvements
Manage data quality, backups, and data integrity within Salesforce
Monitor performance, availability, and troubleshoot issues
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for enhancements and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, flows, security)
Experience in user management, reporting, and dashboard creation
Knowledge of integrations and data management best practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good stakeholder communication and ability to translate business needs into system solutions
