Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation under architectural guidance
Develop solutions to improve system efficiency, scalability, and data quality
Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards aligned with business metrics
Perform data imports, updates, and cleanup
Support data governance and platform standards defined by the Salesforce Architect
Provide user support and guidance for Salesforce users

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, a related field or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with Sales and Service Clouds
Experience in Salesforce declarative automation (e.g. Screen, record-triggered, auto launched flows)
Advanced understanding of relational data models
