🎯 Requirements
- 12+ months hands-on Sales/Service Cloud experience.
- Salesforce Admin Certification or higher preferred.
- Flow skills for building and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Cases; exposure to Apex/Visualforce/JS.
- 2+ years in requirements gathering, training and change mgmt.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
