Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions (Flows, data model, reporting)
Enforce standards for automation design, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices
Ensure alignment between data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints
Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues
Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices
Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
Deep expertise in declarative solutions and security model design
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom or managed)
Strong systems thinking and independent execution
Excellent written communication skills
Salesforce Administrator certification(s) (Preferred)
Experience supporting Revenue Cloud/CPQ or Service Cloud (Preferred)
Experience with governance and release models (Preferred)
