- Problem-solving: System-first thinker; diagnose root causes
- Communication: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance
- Tools: Experience managing GTM stack; external API familiarity
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (201); Platform App Builder/Advanced Admin/Sales Cloud Consultant desirable
