🎯 Requirements
- 4-5 years of Salesforce administration experience with deep config and user mgmt.
- Hands-on release management with Salesforce deployment tools (DX, Copado, Gearset).
- Strong DevOps for Salesforce: CI/CD, automated testing, multi-env releases.
- Experience managing multi-environment releases with impact analysis and rollback.
- Proficiency with Data Loader for imports/exports and data quality.
- Git or similar version control knowledge for Salesforce metadata.
