📋 Description

• Own the integrated program plan with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Establish and track program KPIs, dashboards, and leadership-facing readouts.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions including Steering Committees and workshops.
• Serve as connective tissue across Sales, Ops, Pricing, Finance, Product, Data, and Tech.
• Own logistics and outputs for workshops, with clear objectives, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Ensure decisions and actions are tracked to closure across workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
• 12+ years in PM, transformation, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex multi-workstream transformation programs in a B2B enterprise.
• Strong governance, planning methodologies, and execution tracking.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and coordinating across matrixed teams.
