- Own the integrated program plan with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
- Establish and track program KPIs, dashboards, and leadership-facing readouts.

π― Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
- 12+ years in PM, transformation, or consulting.
- Proven experience leading complex multi-workstream transformation programs in a B2B enterprise.
- Strong governance, planning methodologies, and execution tracking.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and coordinating across matrixed teams.
