Sales Training Manager

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires, current employees, and managers
• Coach sales managers through training and developing their teams
• Lead scheduling, organizing, and orchestrating new hire and ongoing training
• Consult with stakeholders to assess learning needs and strategy
• Design and develop training materials
• Implement and measure ongoing coaching and development processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in training or employee development
• 1+ years in a people leadership position
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; advanced degree or certifications a plus
• 6+ months of coaching and development experience
• Proven track record of being a top sales performer
• Experience designing and delivering sales and leadership training
