  • Facilitate call center training programs (owned, operated & partner/BPO).
  • Transition new hires from classroom to on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Deliver training via instructor-led sessions, role plays, simulations.
  • Ensure training content is accurate and aligned to standards.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify agent development needs.
  • Provide Sales Ops support while maintaining knowledge.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year as Sales Trainer or similar in sales/BPO (preferred).
  • Associate degree in education, business, or related field (preferred).
  • Sales certification or training accreditation is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
