- Facilitate call center training programs (owned, operated & partner/BPO).
- Transition new hires from classroom to on-the-job training (OJT).
- Deliver training via instructor-led sessions, role plays, simulations.
- Ensure training content is accurate and aligned to standards.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify agent development needs.
- Provide Sales Ops support while maintaining knowledge.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as Sales Trainer or similar in sales/BPO (preferred).
- Associate degree in education, business, or related field (preferred).
- Sales certification or training accreditation is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
