  • Partner with sales leaders to shape training for LATAM teams focused on Mexico and Brazil
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, virtual and in person
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to enable teams on new ad products
  • Design and facilitate workshops to build core sales and account management skills
  • Assess learning needs and create practical training materials for day-to-day work
  • Provide coaching to help sales team members grow confidence and impact

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related field
  • Understand the digital media landscape, incl. programmatic ads and social platforms
  • Facilitate sessions that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to learning styles
  • Experience building end-to-end training programs from needs assessment to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and levels
  • Communicate feedback clearly and supportively, helping others grow
