  • Proven success coaching and developing sales teams in complex or target-driven environments.
  • Strong facilitation and role-playing skills to reinforce learning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring sales performance and coaching impact.
  • Experience in onboarding and new hire training is highly preferred.
