๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years as a sales trainer/enablement pro with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and value-based selling.
- Proven success coaching and developing sales teams in complex or target-driven environments.
- Strong facilitation and role-playing skills to reinforce learning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring sales performance and coaching impact.
- Experience in onboarding and new hire training is highly preferred.
