  • Own and manage the TAM database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Leverage data visualization to highlight market opportunities and trends.
  • Act as SME on territory structure, segmentation, and geographic coverage.
  • Identify and support creation of new sales portfolios or markets.
  • Support annual strategic planning: quotas and territory design.
  • Develop visual territory and market insights via mapping and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Geography, or related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience as a business analyst, sales ops analyst, or BI role.
  • Experience in territory planning, sales coverage modeling, or TAM data.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with AlignMix; Salesforce ETM a strong plus.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, including data extraction and reporting.
