  • Partner with GTM teams to analyze and optimize Lead-to-Opportunity processes.
  • Optimize daily processes by developing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Become Salesforce SME for Sales GTM and post-sales processes through day-to-day support.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform UAT, deployments, and tech stack audits to ensure requirements are met.
  • Prepare data from internal and external sources to import updated data into databases.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field.
  • 2-3 years Salesforce experience, including config, automation, user management, and reports.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales processes in the opportunity-to-close cycle.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand process challenges and provide guidance on technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD methodology.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
